To ensure all customers get to enjoy this GoodLife Promo, Eva Wine is spreading this communication far and wide and engaging its audiences both off and online with an exciting campaign tagged the “Eva Good Life Promo”. This promo involves the consumers participating in a weekly draw for the chance to win amazing prizes while adhering to the set criteria for the promo.

1.1. Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Eva Good Life promo.
In these Terms, “the company” “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Eva Wine Nigeria and its successors, agents, and assigns, while “you” or “your” refers to anyone participating in this Promo. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and Eva Wine Nigeria and can only be amended by Eva Wine Nigeria. By participating in the promo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, and subsequent amendments thereto, as well as all applicable laws and regulations now existing or which may hereafter be enacted, issued, or enforced.
Please check these T & Cs and any applicable Specific Promo Terms before participating in the Promo.

2. Competition Dynamics

a. The promo will be ongoing for a period of 6 weeks.
b. Weekly entries open every Monday by 8 am.
c. Weekly entries close every Saturday at 8 pm.
d. Weekly winners will be announced every Sunday before 8 pm

4. Participation in the Promo

a. Participation in this Promo is voluntary, as such no customer is under any compulsion to participate.
b. To participate, kindly follow the instructions set out below or in the relevant Communication Channels that are circulated via Eva Wine Social Media Channels or website www.evawinenigeria.com
c. Participation in this Promo grants Eva Wine the rights to use your images and content as part of user-generated content for the duration of our Promo.
d. Participation is voluntary and doesn’t guarantee any monetary inducements or prize gifts
e. All winners will be chosen through a Live draw on social media every week.

6. Rules

a. Weekly entry opens on Monday at 8am and closes on Saturday at 8 pm.
b. A code cannot be used twice e.g., a code registered this week cannot be used next week.
c. Send codes only to the provided WhatsApp number or Eva Instagram DM (direct messenger)
d. Take a photo of the code and send it to us, that is part of the verification process
e. Raffle draw takes place every Sunday on our IG Live.
f. Winners will be announced immediately after the raffle draw and will be contacted.
g. Draws must be concluded and winners be announced before 9pm every Sunday for the 6weeks

8. General

a. You shall not assign or transfer any or all your rights or obligations under the Promo.
b. No third party shall have a right to enforce the T&Cs against Eva Wine Nigeria. Or any of its agents
c. Eva Wine shall not be responsible for any form of reward that is lost or delayed as a result of any network, computer, cell phone hardware, or software failure of any kind.
d. Failure by Us to enforce a right under the T&Cs does not result in a waiver of such right(s).
e. If any part of the T&Cs is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of the T&Cs shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
f. Any documents or information received from us and our agents will be treated as confidential.
g. By participating in this Promo, you acknowledge that our determination and decision on all matters concerning the Promo or the cash reward will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
h. Any dispute or situation not covered by the T&Cs will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems, in its sole discretion, to be the fairest to all concerned.
i. These Terms may be amended by the company from time to time and such changes shall be binding on future participants upon publication.
j. Eva Wine shall not be liable to any participant for any loss, liabilities, claims, or proceedings arising from or otherwise in connection with this Promo. Therefore, you agree to and hereby indemnify and hold Eva Wine Nigeria harmless against any loss, claims, and liability whatsoever that you may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with the Competition.
